Transforming Touch®: Foundational trauma-informed care
Transforming Touch® is a six-month immersion for people seeking consistent, relational support to address stress, trauma, and nervous system patterns at a foundational level.
This work is appropriate if you’re ready for:
sustained nervous system regulation
integration of developmental or relational trauma
changes that hold under stress
structured, long-term support
Because of the depth of this work, Transforming Touch® begins with a consultation to confirm fit and readiness.
Jin Shin Jyutsu: Gentle, restorative nervous system support
Jin Shin Jyutsu® is a gentle, non-invasive light-touch healing art that supports balance and regulation within the body by working with the energetic pathways that influence physical, emotional, and nervous system functioning.
This work is well-suited for:
ongoing nervous system maintenance
stress regulation
complementary support alongside other care
