I work with teens (16+) and adults with chronic illness and trauma providing individual somatic therapy.
I work best with those who are active participants in their own health and well-being, come with an open mind, have a desire to learn and make changes. I value your time and the work we will do together.

General onboarding process: After receiving your new client inquiry form, I will email you within a day or two to tell you if I think I am a good fit for your needs. If one of my available appointment times works for you on an ongoing basis (weekly), then I’ll hold the spot for you, and we will schedule a 15-minute phone consultation within the next week or so. The consultation clarifies any questions or logistical matters before becoming an official client. If everything is a go, I’ll add you to my client portal, secure your weekly appointment time, and invite you to complete the intake and consent forms in the portal. These are all digital and don’t require printing or emailing. Before your first appointment (and every appointment after that), you’ll receive an email with a link to our video session.
If I have a waitlist (and it’s open), you’ll complete a waitlist form at the bottom of this page. I’ll email you within a day or two to explain the waitlist process. Once I have an opening that works with your schedule, we will complete the process above.

All sessions are 60-minutes - $175

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that was enacted on January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers must notify clients of their rights and protections against “surprise billing.” This Act requires that we notify you of your federally protected rights to receive a notification when services are rendered by an out-of-network provider, if you are uninsured, or if you elect not to use your insurance.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your therapy or counseling will cost. Click here for more information.

My working hours are Monday - Wednesday with the following appointment times offered below. You will receive at least two-weeks notice for any therapist absences.

Wednesdays - 3:20pm, 4:40pm, 6pm

I do not accept insurance however at client’s request I can provide a Super Bill to be submitted to insurance. Clients will need to check with their insurance to see what portion of services are covered for out-of-network benefits.
If knowing what your insurance will cover impacts whether you’d pursue therapy with me, please call your insurance company before contacting me to learn about your out-of-pocket expenses.

Transforming Intentional Touch sessions are being conducted with telehealth. My online therapy platform uses secure video conferencing to enable face-to-face conversations. The video call is completely secure (HIPAA-protected) and confidential, and nothing is recorded or kept in any way. The video platform is also available on an app, so you can use your tablet or smartphone to connect.
All you need is a device and an internet connection, as well as a quiet and well-lit space with no distractions. A set of headphones or earbuds will improve the audio.

Item description

I will waive fees for two cancellations per year.
All other missed appointments will need to be rescheduled within the month they were booked. This generous rescheduling policy gives you the space to attend to whatever interfered with your appointment without having a fee looming over your head. You’ll get plenty of time to make up the appointment.
You will continue to have full access to an online scheduling system to cancel and reschedule your appointments quickly and seamlessly.
*A cancellation fee is only charged for clients who have used up their two waived sessions and didn’t reschedule a missed session within the month window.
-
If my practice is full and I am accepting new clients to the waitlist, it will be indicated below. You’ll first need to complete the New Client Screening form.
If I think I’m a good fit for you and your need is not urgent, then you’ll be instructed to reach out to me every week to let me know you’d like to remain on the waitlist. This process allows me to serve my best-fit clients quicker and avoid playing phone tag, which can prolong the onboarding process.
All new clients start with a brief phone consultation where we will discuss what brings you to therapy, the modalities and approaches I use along with logistical things like payment and scheduling. Studies have shown that the best predictor of success in therapy is having a good relationship with your therapist. Let's make sure I'm your person!
Please take a moment to read through the section below to gain a better understanding of what it is like to work together.
If, after reading this, you feel I would be a good fit please schedule a client consult using the link at the bottom of this page.

It all begins with an idea.
Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
