Placing hands on specific locations on the body help to gently balance and restore the flow of energy. This workshop is an introduction to the practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu. You will learn about the history and how to care for yourself at anytime or anywhere through the simplicity of your own touch.

Self-help methods that will be covered are: relieving muscle tightness - ease back pain & tension - pelvic pressure/groin pain - siactic pain - emotional balance
