THE story of us

Saturday, February 24th 11:00AM - 1:00PM

*Location | Williamsburg

The Story of Us creates an opportunity for you to explore your body and the stories connected to it through the lens of Jin Shin. The body is a physical manifestation of our experience.Without the tools and information on how to communicate with your body, many things get lost in translation.
This series is for the person who is ready for a new approach to improve their overall health and wellbeing. A way to tangibly touch their life experience, beginning to heal any disharmonies of the past or present.

  • Each class will cover a different area of the body, expanding upon the role it plays in affecting the mind, body and spirit.
  • We will experience the body through writing exercises, touch meditation and sharing.
  • This is a space to feel supported and share in life’s individual and collective experience.
  • You will leave knowing how to invest in yourself for the rest of your life with the practical knowledge and tools provided within the class.
