I am so grateful you are here.

However you arrived here - be proud of yourself, you’ve made it. The journey you have been on to support your health and show up in this world is no small feat.

I am a Somatic Therapist. As a licensed massage therapist, I specialize in somatic light-touch therapy that combines JinShin Jyutsu, Myofascial Release, Coregulating Touch and Transforming Touch. I help people connect, navigate and explore their mind-body relationship related to their health.

I work primarily with those experiencing chronic illness, health challenges and trauma.

In our work together we will address areas of stress in your life that are contributing to your pain, ability to listen to your body and compromising your healing process.

Think of me as part of your wellness team.

Why Light-Touch Therapy?


One of the biggest barriers to feeling better and impacting your ability to heal is stress.

Light-touch therapy is highly effective at taking the stress out of the system. When the body has an opportunity to enter a relaxed state then it can begin to heal and repair itself.
