Having A Value System

My mom’s cabin has become a place of sanctuary for me. It’s where I come to recharge and strengthen the connection to myself.

The beginning of this year was a tumultuous time to say the least. I felt very unstable navigating my way through moving home, having to sort through things like deciding what comes next, who am I, what are my values and how does all this fit into the bigger picture of the journey of my life?

Not sure how you feel about your teeth but mine have always been my pride and joy. I have my family and orthodontist to thank for making my brilliant smile possible. If they had not intervened, my smile as you know it today would be look horrendously different.

Learning to Surrender

February for me, was a month that many opportunities felt so sure in my life. The emotional highs and lows were VERY real as they ebbed and flowed with each new input. Leaving on A jet plane

An interesting thought popped into my head yesterday. What are all the ways in which we can categorize ourselves that inevitably weave the fabric of our identity. So much of my identity has become associated with this city, the lifestyle, the people and my home. Where do you go after living in a city like this?

Decisions make the world go 'round

I have been doing the self-help I shared with all of you last week and wouldn't you know, between that and a little time in nature/with family, a sense of peace has come over me.

Someone once told me, that the Universe cannot deliver until you make a decision. It will send opportunities your way, however if you are feeling indecisive then the messages and opportunities it sends will seem indecisive too.

New Perspective

Lately my head has been swirling and it’s made it so I have begun to stand in my own way. I attended a meditation this past Wednesday and we all had an opportunity to share what’s been going on in our lives.

I can see clearly now, the rain has gone

I am thrilled to have this opportunity to be teaching them but even more than that, allowing them to become my teacher. Kids are truly amazing beings, who unlike adults haven't had the full conditioning yet of being fully disconnected from their intuitive nature.
